How i can telnet netgear d 1500 to improve snr value

I have putty programe to telnet my router to modify somethings
On old routers it was working without any problem
But now on netagear d1500 i cant connect to router by the programe
I read in some websites that i should to debug some thing
Any idea ?

You will have to go to the debug page which should be 192.168.0.1/debug.htm

i have tried to enable options which was disabled and changing direction 

but i still can't telnet router by any programe 

what i have supposed to do ?

Have you tried another web browser and made sure a pop up blocker is not stopping you from changing the setting.

I can save settings without problem but i still cant telnet router
And this is my problem

I do not know anything about putty but could you need a port to be open on the router in order to telnet into it?
