How to turn off the GUEST WiFi account ONLY by Schedule but leave the main WiFi Going
Think we need a firmware update to handle this one

Not sure that any Netgear hardware can handle "complicated" schedules like that. It is an all or nothing scenario. So it isn't likely to be something that they will implement with firmware.
One thought, would it work to install a separate access point that provides guest access that you can schedule?
It might be a bit complicated to sort out the SSIDs, but it could give you the sort of control you seek.
