Incorrect usrname and password
Error message indicating incorrect ISP username and password during setup. Checked with ISP, correct username and password.
Completed firmware update, however, problem persists.
Any suggestion and support would be appreciated.

What's the actual error message?
Are there any special characters in those credentials?

Hi @rachidhattab, you can try and ask you ISP to change the password and/or username if possible and see if that fixes it.

The authentication might also fail because of a connectivity issue e.g. if the DSL params are not correctly detected Unfortunately, the Netgear xDSL units are not very informative on connectivity issues, and offer limited control only.
What ISP is involved here?
What xDSL settings are required by this ISP?
