KRACK vulnerability - reassurance
I read "Routers and gateways are only affected when in bridge mode" in 'Security Advisory for WPA-2 Vulnerability, PSV-2017-2826, PSV -2017-2836, PSV-2017-2837'.
Can someone just confirm that this is the case for the DGND3700v2 and to make absolutely certain, how I cheack that my router isn't in 'Bridge mode'
Thanks

You would probably know. If you have wireless client devices
connecting to the router, then it's a router. Look for "bridge" in the
User Manual. (Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model
number, and look for Documentation.)

Re: KRACK vulnerability - reassurance
There is a manual for the DGND3700v2 somewhere at the end of this link:
>>>> DGND3700v2 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<
The LEDs on the front offer a clue. See page 15.
Page 123 tells you how to change the mode.

Re: KRACK vulnerability - reassurance
Thanks for the replies. I don't think this router has this particular feature. I didn't notice the model list at the time.
I'll just have to rely on Netgear updating the SW if necessary. At least Linux have provided the necessary update.
