Logon problems
I upgraded the firmware on my Netgear DGN2200 Modem Router and although everything seems to work I'm unable to log on to the router now. 192.168.0.1 no longer works and the connection request times out, I checked the Ip address and this is correct. www.routerlogin.net, wwwrouterlogin.com and 192.168.1.1 don't work either.
Any help appreciated, please.
Thanks

Re: Logon problems
If there's an issue after a firmware change, a factory reset is one of the first troubleshooting steps. Have you tried that?
push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on

Re: Logon problems
Thanks for replying. Finally twigged that I was trying to log in via a 'guest' wireless connection rather than the primary one - before the firmware update I must have given the 'guest' access rights to the router but this was reset by the firmware update - so all I needed to do was log on via the primary network. Rookie error. Thanks anyway for your suggestion.
