N300 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router DGN2200 is not connecting to the internet
As the title says my router is unable to connect to the internet. On the front of the device, all applicable lights are solid green save for the internet icon which is red, and this corresponds with all devices connected to the router able to get online. This started yesterday but would remedy itself after a few minutes and now it is eternally stuck on red. Calling support apparently this isn't a hardware issue, but I don't know how to move forward from here. When attempting to fix using NETGEAR Genie I cannot get further than internet which just displays "Internet Disconnected" and when clicking on Fix It a spinning icon comes up for a split second before disappearing and coming back to the "Internet Disconnected" page. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: N300 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router DGN2200 is not connecting to the internet
Checked with your ISP that things are working properly at its end?
Have you turned the modem on and off?
If that doesn't help, you may have to "factory reset".
There's a manual here:
