NETGEAR ADSL DSL Modem Splitter Adapter / Filter
I bought what is suppose to be a NETGEAR ADSL DSL Modem Splitter Adapter / Filter on eBay. The splitter doesn't say Netgear or have a model number. I'm suspicious that this may be a generic splitter. Is this really a Netgear product? http://www.ebay.com/itm/221276774458?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Re: NETGEAR ADSL DSL Modem Splitter Adapter / Filter
Netgear doesn't make that sort of thing.
And calling it a "splitter" is odd. It is an ADSL filter.
I have a box of these lying around. Some of them came with Netgear modems. None has the Netgear label.
The description probably just means that it is a filter that will work with Netgear modems.
