I just tried again and it's working. Maybe there was something cached that finally got flushed.  Thanks for your help.

Re: NETGEAR Open Source Code for Programmers (GPL)

Indeed, not working.

Could this be related?

"If you would like a copy of the GPL source code contained in this product shipped to you on a USB Flash Drive for a charge of $20, which is no more than the cost of preparing and shipping the USB Flash Drive to you, please contact opensourcesw@netgear.com."

?!!?!?!?!?!!?

Whitelisting "script.google.com" in the ad blocker seemed to unblank that page for me. You may need to whitelist "script.googleusercontent.com" as well, but I did not need to do so explicitly.

Brilliant! Looking for Open Source while using crappy ad-blockers. Open Spource developers can make their life from ads, from sponsoring by businesses placing ads. ne day people understand that blocking ads can and will be the end of "free" Open Source, of "free" services.

Re: NETGEAR Open Source Code for Programmers (GPL)

"Brilliant" here is the conflation of free as in "free speech" with free as in "free beer." The GPL was never intended to prevent charging money for services, and in the long run, it gets people to spend more money on services because they are more "free" to do so. Additionally, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has done more for freedom than developers have done, created one of your "crappy ad-blockers" called Privacy Badger, which blanks the page in question by default.
