I have AT&T dsl my router/modem went out so I purchased a Netgear B90 7550 AT&T off of EBay..I plugged it all up and the power button is blinking red and numbers 1,2,3,4 are blinking green I was told by rep for AT&T that we could not set up till lights quiet blinking.. i my box damaged
