Netgear D7000v2 connection problems
Hi, had a Nighthawk D7000v2 for a few weeks now, but am experiencing issues with it. It regularly drops out and I can't connect to wifi, have to turn it off and on to reboot it. All the display lights remain correctly illuminated, it has firmare version V1.0.0.51_1.0.1. There have been occasions when the 2.4 won't connect but the 5g remains connected. I had one of these routers at my previous home and it was rock solid, this new one is beginning to annoy me!! Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Have you tried to change the 2.4 ghz wireless channels?

Yep - having same issues after the update.
That update has caused major issues, I now have RED LAN lights, as well as having to reboot the router for my devices to connect to wifi. Can I downgrade!?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions". Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions.
