Netgear D7800 problems with Lenovo smart display

Hello,
I have a problem communicating between Lenovo smart display and
Netgear D 7800 nighthawk x4s ac2600 router. The device stops communicating with the router and writes: Try Restarting your WI-FI router or choose a different WI-FI network......
I tried everything, too setting up the factory for both devices, nothing helps.
I do not know what happened, the device previously worked without problems.
If I replace the router for any cheap eg Dlink,  connection is done and everything works well.
Other connected WI-FI devices work well, so I'm sorry to throw away the router.
Thank you for your help

Best Regards

Mirek

Are you connecting to the 2.4ghz band or the 5ghz band?

How far from the router is the lenovo?

What material is your home made of? some materials cause issues.

Did you update your lenovo smart display? Or check their support? If you search their forums, there's been a bunch of reported issues with wifi connection problems.

Re: Netgear D7800 problems with Lenovo smart display

Hello,
thank you for your advice but they are worthless.
I've tried everything before, I'm not a complete layman, I'm engaged
hardware but networks only marginally
Does not work 2.4 or 5GHz
I made the setup about 2m from the router
Both devices have the latest firmware
Both devices have been reset to factory settings
The problem is probably somewhere in the network settings.
In the network map, it is connected with Netgear its have IP address
and my mobile phone automatically changes the network connection to Lenovo
/ automatic connection is prohibited / and I can surf the Internet via this connected Lenovo smart display network. But the Lenovo display still writes Try "Restarting your WI-FI router or choose a different WI-FI network"
and the Lenovo setup cannot be continued.
If I connect the Lenovo smart display somewhere else, for example, with my neighbors or my job, everything works perfectly.
Lenova's support is weak, it links me back to Netgear .......
Note: The device worked smoothly for half a year
on the same hardware and connection, the interruption occurred suddenly without apparent cause.

/ Only sometimes I turn off the router when I'm away from home /
Best Regards

this isn't netgear support. Its the community forum where members of the public try to help others.

If my advice is worthless, I'll tactfully sign off.

Thanks

OK, I understand, I was here for the first time, and I didn't mean it wrong, Metgear's support points to the forum, I may have to help myself. Still, I thank you for your answer and advice.
