fine firmware quality assurance.
If you'd like to load some older firmware, then visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software Downloads,
look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s). Download the
kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for instructions.

Which "Netgear Genie"? Using some web browser with the built-in
management web site, or some app or other?
Around here, using Firefox (69.0.3) or Safari (13.02) with the
management web site, I see no such problem.

_I_ see devices in the report in your picture. Is your actual
complaint that the "Device Name" field is empty? What are those
devices?

It used to show the devices name but not anymore after firmware updated
