Netgear N300 wireless router
I have had this wireless router for over a year and it has never worked correctly. I paid for a one year service and put in many service calls. Now my service is up and they want to charge me again to get technical support. This really "ticks me off". I got hung up on last night by a technician! I'm frustrated and ready to go buy something new.
I pushed the reset button on the back of the router and now all the lights are working properly but I still can't get it to work.
I'm computer stupid and just don't know what to do to fix it.
Can anyone out there help me????

Re: Netgear N300 wireless router
Hi vbowie,
Can you please clarify which NETGEAR N300 router you are using? and which modem is connected to it?
You can search your product through: http://support.netgear.com/for_home/
and download the latest firmware for your product.
Then connect an ethernet cord from your computer to connect with the router and follow the remaining manual setup procedure: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23960/~/upgrading-your-routers-firmware-manually
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
NhanN
