Netgear Nighthawk D7000 v2 keeps dropping NBN connection
Hi all,
Just recently connected to NBN and now my Netgear D7000v2 keeps dropping it's internet connection.
Has anyone experienced this or aware of a fix?
My Firmware Version is V1.0.0.53_1.0.2.
I was thinking it may have been that the SRA was disabled but I cannot find it anywhere in either the basic or advanced setup.

Any chance that the ISP is the cause of these disconnects?
What do the LEDs on the device show when this happens? Have you looked at the Logs for clues?
Have you checked that you are using the right settings?
When you put a modem on to a different type of Internet it can help to wipe all the past settings by doing a factory reset on the modem and configuring it from scratch. Maybe you did that.

Grate speed 93mbps up 31mbps down ,jitter is low most of the day drop out were every 24 hours most day now more frequent ,ISP TELSTRA FTTN ,
PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE/stop the drop outs

Thank you for you suggestions.
My ISP had stated that that have no know faults in my area.
The LEDs on the device do/did not indicate any loss of signal.
I had read though every manual to and trolled the www to confirm my settings and I reconfigured my modem from scratch prior to connecting to the NBN.
What I have done is reduced the MTU and my connection, currently, has not dropped out for one day and counting.

Like I said, check the settings.
Does your ISP have a user forum where you can exchange experiences?
What is the MTU on now? It might help someone else.
