My modem Keeps On rebooting by itself and keeps Dropping internet

Here's what I'd try doing in this order. 

1. Reset the device back to factory.

2. Update the firmware to the current version.

3. Reset back to factory after the update. 

Make sure you do the update over a hardwired connection.  See if this resolves your issues.

How frequently is it rebooting? 

What firmware is it on?

Can you try resetting the device yourself?

I'd check the power supply? Those have went bad before.

its not frequently rebooting the modem but it keeps on dropping the internet connection
every 1 min

so i thought i might have been the internet but

i tried using my other modem its working fine its

firmware version : V1.0.0.51_1.0.1

You can either do it through the settings. Advanced>administration>backup>erase
Or by holding the reset button for 7-10 seconds.
