Here's what I'd try doing in this order.
1. Reset the device back to factory.
2. Update the firmware to the current version.
3. Reset back to factory after the update.
Make sure you do the update over a hardwired connection. See if this resolves your issues.

How frequently is it rebooting?
What firmware is it on?
Can you try resetting the device yourself?
I'd check the power supply? Those have went bad before.

so i thought i might have been the internet but
i tried using my other modem its working fine its
firmware version : V1.0.0.51_1.0.1
