After I have applied the 1.0.1.60 firmware to my nighthawk D7800 and my laptop will no longer connect to my citrix netscaler vpn it just times out. Can anyone offer any advise on what setting I should be looking for that might have caused this issue after the firmware update? I have reached out to citrix support but so far they have only suggested to uninstall and re-install the VPN client which i have done and hasn't fixed the problem. The error logs don't show any useful information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes.
Visit the support pages for your hardware.
Feed in the model number and there will be a list of available firmware versions.
You can pick whichever version you like. The release notes should explain how to put the firmware on your device. The manual will also have details on how to install firmware manually.
Or try this:

It may be necessary to "factory reset" the device after a firmware change.
