Nighthawk D7000 & Meraki router having issues

So, I recently started a WFH job and was sent a Meraki Z3. My equipment is not able to communicate with my work's servers/internet (the IT specialist said that the Z3 was dormant and stuck in a loop) and I was told to contact my ISP, which is Xfinity. I have gone through multiple agents and was told that there was nothing they could help with, and I was directed to reach out to Netgear, but my warranty or whatever expired.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated, as I'm getting the ring-around from Xfinity.

The only people you have not mentioned in your list of people to ask is Meraki.

If it comes up with systems that need special treatment, then it should be able to tell you how to set up your modem/router to work with them.

To get help here, you will have to tell people a bit more.

What are you doing and where does it go wrong?

Let us know a little more about your network. With Xfinity as your ISP i'm guessing something like this...  Xfinity box in modem only mode (transparent bridge) -> D7000 as just a router -> Meraki Z3? Google says Meraki Z3 is an enterprise firewall/VPN/router. If this is true it sounds like you've got 2 routers on the same network. Please give us a full description of your network and how each device is configured on your network.

I saw that too and thought of suggesting putting the D7000 into modem only mode. But, as you say, we really need a lot more information before anyone can begin to sort out a problem that stumped an in-house IT team.
