Nighthawk D7000 not connecting

I have recently installed my router all was working for a day then it’s stopped working, my devices connect to the router network but there is not internet access the two lights have gone out (as per attached pic) and it tells me to plug the wires into the filter... (all is plugged in as should be) I’ve restarted the router... any ideas on how I can get it connected again?

There is no connection to your Internet service provider's DSL line.

Check all the cables and ask the ISP if all is well.
