Been running fine for 8 weeks or so.....lost internet today.......now will not find the VDSL cable.......and only wants an internet connection by ethernet cable which is not possible......any ideas?

After an hour on the phone with netgear, took it back to the shop and it was replaced free of charge (in warranty period) with a new one. Got home, the new one worked fine......problem solved.
