You shouldn't have to reboot the router all the time

Re: Nighthawk X4S D7800
Indeed. But we have no idea what you are doing and what is going on.
How about answering some of the questions in the Netgear header?
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
We could spend days trying to extract enough information to understand what is going on and suggest solutions.

Apologies for more questions, but not connected how? Wifi? Wired?
You bought this in March did it ever work?
We can spend days asking and answering questions. You can make it a lot quicker by telling people what you have tried, where it goes wrong and anything else that could help.
As the Netgear forum suggests, answering these questions can help:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

Re: Nighthawk X4S D7800
See if you can prod the on-line support system into action. If you have a MyNetgear account and you have registered your device that option may be available.
I suspect that they will want a much more detailed explanation of what is going on. For example, you Internet connection, other stuff on your network and so on. Even after my questions have slowly extracted some details, there are big holes on what you have told us so far.
