I'm with EE fibre broadband, I've got a filter socket so my vdsl cable goes straight from the socket to my grey dsl port on the modem/router. I've confirmed my user name and password work my isp but I can't get the internet, any help would be awesome.

Hello DarrenM,
After reading a few threads, I saw that firmware was a common thing with netgear, so I installed the latest version and it's working great now.
Thanks fort the advice though.
