No Internet connection on DGND3700v2
Had been using this modem for about a year, stopped working at about 12am last night, still can't really figure out why. All necessary lights are solid on, including the DSL and internet lights, but I can't connect to the internet using it. Tried my back up modem, which works fine. I figure if the modem was unable to connect, the DSL or internet lights would be red or off or something.
Any ideas on why this happened? Ideas on a fix? Do I just need to buy a new modem?
Thanks in advance.

Same thing happened to me. I think the operator changed something on the ADSL signal.

Hello Gaelmart
Was this modem working before and is not now or did you just get the modem and it is not connecting? What lights are you seeing? Who is your Isp? is it a bonded DSL connection?

Re: No Internet connection on DGND3700v2
Had exactly the same issue.
Status page claimed it was connected (PPPoA) with a public IP address, but there was no internet traffic.
Tried restarting it, etc. No joy.
So...
Backed up the settings.
Reset to factory default.
Re-entered correct ADSL settings.
Still no joy.
Then I restored the previous settings: BINGO!
I hope that helps someone.
Nick.
