The D7000 can't filter by destination IP address. As an alternative, you can set up two static routes, one for 8.8.8.8/255.255.255.255 and one for 8.8.4.4/255.255.255.255. Point them at an unused IP address on your LAN, like 192.168.1.254. Make sure there really isn't any device at that address. You may need to modify the DHCP server to avoid handing out that address.
