RMA Process, Standard Swap
I had an RMA intiated for me yesterday to return my D7000v2 router and get a replacement unit. My email for my RMA case says I will recieve an email from the warehouse telling me to arrange shipping of the router to the warehouse. I have not received any instruction and I don't know where to send my router. When I called phone support, the agent told me that since I selected standard swap, Netgear will send me the replacement unit along with a shipping label and I'll have 10 days to return the old unit, but this contradicts my RMA email. I'm hoping someone can tell me whether this support agent was correct or if he wasn't, where I should be seding my router. I'm in the Republic of Ireland and my RMA case number is 3590855.

Re: RMA Process, Standard Swap
Hoping someone like @Christian_R can help out with this, that seems to be the only way there's much progress on similar issues in these forums.
