ReadyCLOUD not connecting TO MY HARD DISK CONNECTED TO MODEM ROUTER AC1900 D7000
Hello, i have a modem router netgear d7000 ac1900.
I have formtted an external hard disk 500gb to NTFS and i connected to modem usb port. hard disk is correctly seen in the net, i can write and read from any pc or mac without any problem.
I set up ready cloud feature, following all netgear istructions.
When i link the readycloud link (readycloud.netgear.com) the page correctly show my router. The problem is that any usb device is shown in readycloud page, even if usb hard disk is correctly configured and installed.
Why this? how can i see usb hard disk on my ready cloud correcly?
thanks so much
