ReadyShare/ReadyCloud with D7000 connection problem
Hi,
We have setup NetGear ReadyCloud and it work's great on the machines on the network (able to map to it etc).
How ever When I use the readycloud portal (readycloud.netgear.com) I am unable to upload files of any time. When uploading files I get the following.
Uploading > CLOUD Synchronization > Connection Problem
Unfortunately there is no other message that pops up to explain the problem.
I have tried this on 2 different computers (Windows 7 & 8.1) and tried different browsers, Firefox, Chrome, IE. All with no success.
Our router is a D7000 with the latest firmware installed.
Appreciate any help.

Re: ReadyShare/ReadyCloud with D7000 connection problem
Hi jkility,
Welcome to the community.
I am assuming that when you login to the readycloud.netgear.com you can see the ReadyNAS device?
If this is the case, you may want to check the firmware that is loaded on your ReadyNAS. The new firmware release have some bug fixes regarding connections to ReadyCloud.
ReadyNAS OS 6 Software Version 6.6.1
If that does not resolve it please send in your logs. See How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?

Hi,
We currently have a SSD put into a caddy connected via USB to the router. We can all see it in Windows and connected to the network fine (we can all map to it). How ever when going through the ReadyCloud platform we cannot upload to it. Although we can see it and see the files etc and also download, we cannot upload

Hi jkility,
Just to verify, do you have a ReadyNAS unit?
