Readycloud account

Hi,

I just bought a Nighthawk D7800 and I do not know how to create a ready cloud account user id.

I can sign in the website using my Netgear account where I use my email as User id, but I cannot follow the following part of the procedure

Router Setup

1. Connect a USB storage device to your router's USB port.
2. Go to the router setup page http://routerlogin.net.
3. Go to ReadySHARE page, select ReadyCLOUD option, and enter your ReadyCLOUD user name and password.
4. Your router is now registered with your ReadyCLOUD account.

Indeed in the second bullet in the routerlogin page it told me that my user id is not correct: where can I find my user id?

Thanks, but it always ask me my ready cloud user id and I don't know what is it.
