Readyshare folders not available from outside my home after router reboot
Hi, I purchased a D6400 connected it to a WD 1TB NTFS.
Everything seems to be working fine except for this: whenever I reboot it or, sometimes, power's out, ReadyShare would show as available in the web UI, but I cannot connect to it from computers or, if I'm at office, from outside my home.
Can I do something for this problem?
I read about app genie; maybe can I resolve with it?How?
Can I reboot hard disk and refresh again readyshare folders?
Regards
