Remote acess D3600 Doesn't Work

I have a very big problems all routeur with different Firmware for this model D3600 . Access Remote with port 8080 or 8443 to everyone doesn't work .

Please what is the solution ? I 'm not a probleme with different model netgear just this model.

Are you talking about the remote management feature on the modem?

Yes my problem is resolve . Use IE and active SSLV3.

The solution is propose by support netgear.
