Router interface wont work properly

Hi,

Router page wouldn't open, tried many refresh page, and made ip on automatic, didn't work, made a hard reset, then router initial setup page won't run properly as you see in the attached image. I can't proceed any further with the router.
Need your help plz, I've tried a mother hard reset same result.

PS: no internet is currently connected to the router.

Was using chrome on win 10; tried Firefox from mobile worked fine.

   Which web browser?  Chrome?  On what?  Windows?  Have you tried a
different web browser?
