Hello,
I just bought DGN1000 yesterday and I managed to install it. After installation I wanted to update it but the update failed - my mistake. Ever since the router gives red color. I tried to reset it by pushing the reset button hard using a pin , I can't even feel anything pushed down but anyway I tried several times to no avail. The router still gives this red color and I'm unable to reset to to reinstall the update and fix the problem.
Any help? Thank you very much in advance.
