Unknown password & user name on my router

This router was set up a few years ago by a colleague who has since left.

The 'admin' & 'password' username & passwords don't work so i assume these were changed but have got no idea what these were changed to.

I also have no idea of the WiFi password so need to access the router to change this.

I'm a bit hesitant to do a reboot as I didn't set it up originally and wouldn't know any numbers / codes / passwords etc that maybe needed to re-set it.

Any ideas?!

I think you already know the answer.  If you don't know the passwords, then you'll see to reset the router back to factory settings.  This will allow you to log in using admin and password.
