Upgraded to 25mg no Internet

I upgraded centrylink dsl to 25mgs and now my Internet does not work. All lights are green router seems too be fine. Model dm200.

Can you login to the web interface of the DM200?

Service may have changed from ADSL to VDSL. This happened to me on Centurylink speed upgrade. Had to change Transfer mode to PTM from ATM, changed DSL mode to VDSL2 from ADSL and had to specifiy VLANID of 201. Centurylink help here;

I called what supposed to be centrylink support got an Indian guy. I let them check my computer and it had a virus that screwed my network. The guy fixed it aND charged me 99.99...I just hope he was legit good thing is I paid with a prepaid.
