Using a freedns.afraid.org domain on a Netgear D7000v2 Router
Hello all. I'm attempting to link a freedns.afraid.org subdomain to my router and I can't because there is only 3 DNS/Subdomain options avaliable in the router. I'm trying to do this for a gaming server I'm hosting. Please help me.

Re: Using a freedns.afraid.org domain on a Netgear D7000v2 Router
Unfortunately, Netgear consumer division does still not understand the importance of having more DDNS providers predefined. Beyond, there is no ability for any kind of custom DDNS configuration, too. @Christian_R instead of removing features and functionality in favour of commercial 3rd party services Netgear must consider enhancing the very basics of a router. Examples are DDNS, firewall rules for WAN->Router and WAN->LAN/port forwarding.
