V1.1.00.38 upgrade has ruined my ADSL interface
After upgrading my router to v1.1.00.38_1.00.38 my WAN interfaces keeps on dropping ...anyone else having this issue...I think this is the last time I buy netgear as the frustration many have with this vendor is so painful.

Same thing here, and the D6200 won't respond to the reset button after the "upgrade." Any info would be much appreciated.

Re: V1.1.00.38 upgrade has ruined my ADSL interface
Can you use the graphical user interface (GUI) to initiate the reset?
ADVANCED > Administration > Backup Settings
Then the Erase button.
Or the more severe recovery reset:
- Press reset for 30 seconds
- Keep pressing reset while removing power
- Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power
You could also try a manual firmware upgrade with the new firmware, just in case something went wrong first time around.
