VDSL Modem DM200: NAT Loopback not Working
I've just "upgraded" from an N600 to a DM200 to support my new VDSL connection.
My hope had been that the configuration would be practically identical to my previous setup.
I've enabled NAT and port-forwarding in the same way as previously, but I'm struck by how I cannot reach anything on my local network using my external IP address. In fact, I cannot even reach the management interface.
I'd be very grateful if someone could confirm whether the DM200 supports NAT loopback, and, if so, how to activate (and test) it?

Hello 13eastie
You may need to make the DM200 in modem only mode if you are using that setting on your router.

Re: VDSL Modem DM200: NAT Loopback not Working
Hi DarenM
Thanks for the reply.
My hope had been to use the DM200 as a router, but it does not seem to support NAT Loopback. This was how I was previously using my DGND3700.
In fact the only way I can get the loopback to work is to use the DM200 in modem only mode and then continue to use my old router to provide the LAN functionality I need.
It would be nicer to have just the one device and this seems a pretty simple fuction to have omitted in the DM200.
