Vonage HT801 not working with Nighthawk XR500
Hi everyone!
Having trouble getting my VOIP to work at home.
The Vonage device is a HT801.
The only way I can get it to work is if I plug the Vonage device directly to the cable modem.
worked w/ Vonage support, they were not able to resolve the issue.
xr500 settings and info:
-Firmware Version: XR500 V2.3.2.66
-I forwarded the UDP ports 5601, 10000-20000
to the Vonage device.
-Under WAN Setup,
I entered the Vonage device's IP as default DMZ
-Under NAT filtering,
I disbled SIP AIG and set it to OPEN
Any suggestions?

looks like thats a grandstream device. Have you contacted them? There's a email and phone # for support with it.
