Wake-On-Lan feature is possible on DGND3700?

It is possible to wake up home computers from Internet by sending Wake-On-Lan packet to WAN IP of DGND3700?

Some routers (modems) allows to make port forwarding to broadcasting IP (192.168.1.255 for example)...

No - the DGND3700 does not support ip directed broadcast, in fact, I believe you'll find fewer & fewer routers support this feature as manufacturers are now required to ship routers with this support disabled.
