Having a Issue with the modem's Wifi randomly disappearing. Both normal and 5G bands disappear completly. The only way to get it back is by power cycling the modem. All the lights look normal like its working properly. No devices can see network when it's down. Wifi can last minutes/hours to about 1 day before issues. Modem is about 1-2 weeks old.
I would try to full reset on the device first. Hold the reset button on the back for 7-10 seconds. Re-setup the device. Does the problem still reoccur?
If this doesn't fix the issue and its only a 1-2 weeks old, I'd contact negear support.
