adapter:en1 failure on D6400

Hi

My interenet was upgraded from ASDL to VSDL recently.  At the same time my moden stopped working.  When I tried to reboot it stopped with a meassage "Fix adapter:en1 failed".  What does this mean and what do I need to do to get my system up and running again.

Thanks

Which ISP?

You probably need to find the details required to login to the VDSL service and to set up the D6400 accordingly. I'm on BT in the UK, it made the switch automatically.

A first move might be to run the setup wizard from scratch to see if it can automatically detect the Internet settings.

See page 42 of the manual:

>>> D6400 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<

Here too.

It is just showing you that there is traffic. The fact that it is lit suggests that it is connected.

Did you get the login details you need? Have you managed to login to the browser interface?

Hi

Been away for a few days.  Just went through the set-up wizard.  Had to manually input a couple of pieces of information but its working fine now.  Thanks a lot for your help.
