autorestart on my Netgear DGND 3700V2
Hi there,
I'm new in this community.
First of all, sorry for my bad english.
Is possible that my Netgear DGND 3700 v2 have a setting for a restart at 17:40 of every day?
How I can turn off this setting?
Awaiting your suggest,
Have a nice day,
Claudio.

Re: autorestart on my Netgear DGND 3700V2
Hello Claudio
There isnt a feature that makes the router reboot at a certain time everyday. Are you only seeing reboots at that exact time or have you seen it happen at other times during the day? Hope to hear your feedback

Yea let me know what your provider has to say it could be drop outs on there side but if not we should troubleshoot deeper.

Re: autorestart on my Netgear DGND 3700V2
Hello Claudio
If they are saying the IP address is changing daily then that would be there DHCP server assigning the modem a new IP address which would make since of why it is resetting the same time every day. But the modem wouldn't on its own decide to change IPs unless the server on there side tells it to. You may ask if they could give you a static IP address but that is mostly used for people that want to use VPNs or run servers so might not be the best solution. Hope to hear your feedback
