can't connect my Nintendo Switch

I keep getting this error message 2110-2199 on my nintendo switch, how do I fix it?

Wired:

• Make sure that both ends of your Ethernet cable are securely connected. 
• Try a different Ethernet cable. 
• Restart your Switch by pressing the power button for 3 seconds.
  Restart your router and modem. 
• Connect using a different port on your router. 

Wireless:

• Restart your Switch by pressing the power button for 3 seconds.
• Restart your router and modem. 
• Make sure your Wi-Fi password is correct.
