cannot load config page of my 834g

Hello, I cannot access the main page of my router..I am on win 8.1..tried several browsers but nothing..192.168.0.1 responds asking me login but then it stops on "loading file"..any solutions please? I have to reconfigure my network cause the Vodafone router died.

Do you have Kaspersky anti-virus installed?

Have you checked with ipconfig for the address of the default gateway?

Hello, thanks for the reply.
No, i don't have that software installed..
Default gateway seem to be ok and pc sees router..it seems everything related to the browsers..very strange..I tried on xp and worked well..
