Please clarify the way work conflagration static ip and dynamic this router DGND4000

Not sure what a large destructive fire has to do with it... Dynamic IP's are given to devices as they connect to your router from a pool of IP addresses that the router manages. A static IP is set in the device that is going to connect to a network (your router). If you have set a static IP in a device it's a good idea to also set that IP address as "Reserved" in the router so that it's known at both ends of the network. If you're doing this it's also a good idea to set your routers pool of dynamic IP's to be a subset of your IP range. EG; set your DHCP (Dynamic IP's) to say 192.168.0.64 through 192.168.0.127. Use the IP's 192.168.0.2 through 192.168.0.63 for your reserved / static IP's. This way your DHCP server won't try to assign an IP out for one of your static IP devices.
