dg834g problem after reset

Hi everybody, 

i do need your help, I've got a Dg834g netgear router at home. Everything was working until when the Internet stop to work. Then I've press the button reset factory settings to try to make it work. I know now that was a mistake because when I want to go on internet the computer didn't see the connection and so I can't go on internet. I think I've loss my informations.

how can I re connect my internet ? Do you have any procedure to deal with it ?

Here is a article on how to set internet connection back up on a DSL modem you also may need to contact your ISP for some login info if you have lost that.

How do we contact the ISP ? is there an number ?

The ISP is the company that provides your internet service. There are 000s of them. Look on the bills they send you.

They will also have a website that should tell you the information you need to login to their system. You will have to feed the modem with the password and username they give you.

This isn't a Netgear issue.
