foxtel V6510 New ISP
Have just changed ISP which works on my netgear foxtel hub modem but the internet light is red as if there is a conflict, internet connection is fine.
Has anyone had this situation and been able to get rid of the red light ? have rebooted it to no avail.

Firmware version? Connected to what? (Hint: If a device has
different types of DSL/Ethernet ports, then "connected to device" is not
enough detail.) Configured how?
I dimly recall reading some reports here of similar problems with DSL
modem+router models when the Ethernet WAN/Internet port is used instead
of the DSL port.
Netgear may make the V6510, but it's an ISP-specific product with
ISP-specific firmware, so support for it is provided by that ISP. You
could try complaining to Foxtel, but I wouldn't expect to get far.
You could try a settings reset (and manual re-configuration), but I
wouldn't expect much. If you're using the Ethernet WAN/Internet port,
then you might also see if explicitly selecting Ethernet at ADVANCED >
Setup > WAN Setup : WAN Preference made any difference, but, again, I
wouldn't expect much.

Tape something opaque over the offending LED?
