I was trying to update the firmware and takes a long time, I saw the light started flashing ignition and thought over and turn it off when lit it did not work anymore .. there is any way to fix this if they have one please help.

If you have tried to factory reset and if that does not work I would suggest to contact Netgear support if the modem is still under warranty.
