modem/router d6300 Portforwarding doesn't work

hello, for some day i was trying to set up portforwarding, i'm using the d6300 as router (firmware V1.0.0.90_1.0.90)... i configured a static ip on my pc, i reserved the ip for my pc... i tried everything, but the ports are still closed.

i contacted my ISP and there are no blocks on their side, the DMZ and UPnP do not help

   Why?

"Static" and "reserved" are two different things.  If you reserve an
address for your "my pc" (Windows?) on the router, then you don't need
to configure your "my pc" with a static address.  What, exactly, did you
do?

If you really "tried everything", then we may as well quit now.

Copy+paste your actual port-forwarding rules, and your address
reservation (or some evidence of a real static address).  Then explain
how you determined that "Portforwarding doesn't work".

In my experience, people who talk about ports being "open" often
don't understand the problem.  A port looks "closed" when there's no
server program (or device) listening at that port.  All the port
forwarding in the world won't help you if, at the end of the line, no
one is listening at that port number.
