netgear devg 2020 not working

hi everyone. i have a netgear DEVG2020 that im trying to set up with another provider but i just cannot get it to work. Have entered new providers config details etc but still nothing.  is this piece of equipment locked or something.  i need help... ahh kids going nuts without internet

It is locked. It was sold directly to ISP's for their service. 

You need something compatible with your ISP that you have now. 

You'd want to contact them for compatible gateways.

Not something that appears anywhere in the Netgear support system.

Support | NETGEAR

The only people who will know anything about this device are at the Internet service provider that commissioned Netgear to supply it for customers.
