problems with ReadyCLOUD

hi everyone,

this is the second attempt to solve the problem with detecting my device in ReadyCLOUD. I will try to explain the situation.
1) the first thing I did was open an account in MyNETGEAR

2) I registered my router there

3) went to the page ReadyCLOUD, instead of creating a separate account in ReadyCLOUD, I was offered to log in with help MyNETGEAR account.

4) after successfully logging in to the page ReadyCLOUD, I was informed that I do not have a registered product (...even when I enter the serial number of my router, it is not detected)

5) I deleted my router from my account several times MyNETGEAR , after that, I registered it again - but the problem remained unresolved

(...I don't speak English, so the translation may not be quite correct!!!)

I don't want to waste your time, but maybe someone would be interested in solving this problem. thank you for any help!

Re: problems with ReadyCLOUD

it is a pity that there are no specialists. I understand that this is probably an old router to mess with. but I thought there would be those who had the same problem. there are many similar cases on the forum, but for some reason the solution to their problem is always uncertain.
